This Texas native graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he studied Television and Film. After working in the film business in Los Angeles, William moved to New York and spent 10 years in image licensing account services for Fortune 500 companies. His growing involvement in the sales and marketing ends of the business fueled his flair for technology, which he capably applies to best promote each one of his unique listings. A longtime New Yorker, William also possesses a vast knowledge of and wealth of experience selling throughout New York City’s diverse neighborhoods — from Brooklyn to Northern Manhattan. In addition, he is a full-service resource who can refer top-notch attorneys, lenders, contractors, designers and others to help customers and clients facilitate the right decisions.
