Having spanned three decades in the industry — I believe in the enduring resiliency and value of New York real estate. From my first sale made when interest rates were a stratospheric 18%, through the conversion of the largest cooperative in Manhattan (Lincoln Towers) and leading the successful lease up of the first post 9/11 luxury rental in TriBeCa (50 Murray Street), unwavering optimism paved the way.

I am honored to have started my career in1980 at prestigious Brown Harris Stevens, followed by Sulzberger Rolfe, MJ Raynes & Rose Associates and exclusively representing such visionary developers as Kent Swig and Harry Macklowe, as well as Victor Elmaleh & James Stanton of Worldwide Group, at some of New York’s finest residential properties. As a sales manager with Marketing Directors I have represented properties from the 1884 Late Gothic Revival style luxury condominiums at 455 Central Park West, to the 582 unit Sheffield condominium, listed as one of the top four fastest selling condominiums of 2012. I am proud to have led my sales team to twice being honored as Silver Award recipients in 2010 and 2011 at NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). A member of NYRS since 2009, I thank my fellow members who have co-brokered many successful transactions, and I look forward to future success through our expanded network of highly experienced and committed professionals.

I currently reside on Central Park West with my husband of 20 years and enjoy Opera, Ballet, kayaking, fishing and the company of good friends.
