Clients call Lisa when they seek extraordinary client service and financial acumen in support of their New York City residential real estate transaction. Many of Lisa’s clients come from Wall Street, where she spent numerous years working as a Managing Director for Citigroup.
Diana Taylor, a Citigroup Board Member, sold her co-op apartment through Lisa and says, “Lisa has always impressed me with her capacity for work, her judgment and her loyalty to her clients. What started out as a simple, straightforward transaction turned into a very complicated deal with many parties. My next door neighbor decided to sell at the same time, and we ended up selling both apartments to the same buyer. Through it all, Lisa was a pure professional with thoughtful, innovative ideas and great advice. We never could have completed this sale were it not for Lisa.”
When Lisa switched in 2009 from Wall Street to a new career in residential real estate, she hit the ground running and was named Corcoran’s Manhattan Rookie of the Year. Since then, she’s been a perennial member of Corcoran’s Multi Million Dollar Club. She’s done numerous transactions in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City, but the majority of her clients reside – or wish to reside – in Tribeca, the Upper West Side, or the Upper East Side.
Lisa has completed many transactions from an $11 million townhouse to a number of multi-million dollar co-op apartments. She has sold numerous new development properties at residences including 30 Park Place and 100 Barclay in Tribeca, 30 West 63rd Street on the Upper West Side, 51 Jay Street in Brooklyn, Carnegie Hill Park on the Upper East Side, and The Sutton in Midtown.
Lisa earned an MBA from The Wharton School. She is a Corcoran Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and is also a Real Estate Board of New York New York Residential Specialist.
