Discovered by Barbara Corcoran at a Harvard Business School event, Linda became an overnight sensation at the Corcoran Group, consistently earning her a place in the company’s Multi-Million Dollar Club. Each and every year, Linda has been recognized by Corcoran’s parent company NRT as one of the 2% top producers nationwide.
Linda’s winning formula? Attentive service, sound advice, innovative solutions and relentless work ethic. Her attention to detail means that marketing materials are strategically designed and beautifully executed, property showings are thoughtfully organized and co-op board packages flawlessly prepared.
Prior to her return to NYC, Linda was a Hollywood feature film story executive and also one of the movie industry’s most accomplished advertising and publicity photographers. Her talent spanned writing, image creation, production and marketing. A landmark project she worked on from development through distribution cost $8 million to produce and made over $300 million in gross profits. Linda’s impressive credit list of Academy Award-winning hits, art-house gems and record-setting blockbusters prove her unique ability to satisfy clients with high-profile demands and exacting tastes.
Having studied writing, art, theatre and architecture at Mount Holyoke College, Linda also won a Phi Beta Kappa Award for Excellence in a Creative Field. She worked as an art director at two top NYC ad agencies before getting her MFA from USC School of Cinema.
In 2010, Linda married Robert Sculthorpe, a retired Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley. They live on Central Park West and are enthusiastic patrons of opera, symphony, ballet, theatre and art-house films. In the past, Linda has resided in Chelsea Flatiron, West Village and the Upper East Side. Her grown goddaughter has two degrees from Stanford and makes her home in San Francisco.
