Linda Melnick

Linda Melnick, a Member of the President’s Circle, has been a leading broker with Stribling & Associates for the past eighteen years. The consummate real estate professional, Linda works tirelessly to serve her clientele. Working with buyers and sellers in an extensive range of luxury residential properties, Linda has a comprehensive knowledge of the entire Manhattan marketplace and is an expert at marketing luxury properties.

As a broker for sellers, she routinely secures prices at or above the asking price as a result of innovative, comprehensive and well-targeted marketing. As an advocate for her buyers, she successfully adapts to the clients’ needs and carefully and aggressively negotiates on their behalf. Linda is highly regarded throughout the industry for her integrity and knowledge and has a reputation as one of Manhattan’s foremost townhouse experts.

Over the last twelve years, Linda has teamed up with partner Tim Desmond; together, they have successfully concluded the sale of a wide range of townhouse properties citywide. Their marketing style is hands-on, preferring not to use assistants in order to qualify potential prospective buyers or communicate with their sellers. Linda serves on the Education Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), which is responsible for creating continuing education courses for the real estate brokerage community. Linda also teaches the continuing education course, “Educating the Customer through the Buying Process.” A lifetime resident of the city, Linda currently lives on the Upper East Side.
