John is a dedicated realtor who remains on the cutting edge of his profession by attending conferences, round table events and seminars. He has built effective business relationships and has developed an extensive network of real estate professionals throughout the country. Most of his business is referral-based. John offers a customized marketing plan to sellers and, while working with buyers, draws upon his financial background to analyze his clients’ buying power to guide them confidently through the purchasing process.

Recently, John was selected by the Real Estate Board of New York to receive further education. This forum is offered only to agents that have achieved prowess in the industry and is designed to help them share experiences and discuss ways to improve the client relationship with regard to the sale of New York City properties. Only 30 agents were chosen to attend this training and receive the New York Residential Specialist Designation (NYRS) as proof of their commitment to ethics, negotiating skills and knowledge of the marketplace. A graduate of Rutgers University, John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. John’s total sales volume exceeds $100 million.
