Helen is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management and a minor in Human Psychology. She has completely restored her townhouse from replacing beams to designing the 20 foot, 2 story extension. Prior to owning her townhouse, she owned a co-op and served on the board in different capacities, including President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Her extensive experience with co-ops helps facilitate the entire co-op application process, and her record of successful co-op applications and closed sales is testament to the qualifications of buyers she presents to co-op boards as well as her knowledge and professionalism. Helen has been an active Board Member in the Brooklyn Heights Montessori School where her children attended preschool through 8th grade.
