Elizabeth Stile brings to Halstead Property, LLC a unique blend of business and the arts. Halstead has provided her with the education that is required to face the challenges of being successful in a diverse and exhilarating city. She has been with Halstead for 19 years and since then has become a successful Sales Associate specializing in handling properties for both residential sales and rentals within Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition, she is a member of the Halstead Property Development Marketing team where she was the Sales Manager for the Atlantic Condominiums in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, a 21-unit building, 90 First Place, a 5 residence townhouse in Carroll Gardens, and 134 & 136 St. Marks Place, two 9 unit condominiums in Park Slope. In 2014 she was the Sales Manager for 364 Union Street in Carroll Gardens; a 5 unit luxury condo.

Elizabeth grew up on Long Island and Cape May, NJ where starting at the age of 13 she worked in several family owned businesses and restaurants. By the time she was 19 she was managing and supervising such operations. Through her hard work and dedication, she supported herself while earning a BFA in Dance and Theater at Adelphi University in Garden City, Long Island. She has performed, taught and helped run several schools for dance and theater both in the United States and overseas. Not only does she study voice as a soprano, she continues to study yoga and dance and she is also Pilates certified. Elizabeth participates annually in the New York Cares Coat Drive as a member of Halstead’s Helping Hands.
