Eileen Richter

As a New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) with 17 years of experience, Eileen is one of Brooklyn’s pre-eminent brokers with over $65 million in gross sales. Her success comes from a comprehensive approach to achieving each client’s goals. Eileen uses the broad reach of Brown Harris Stevens – through their New York and Worldwide Networks as well as the Real Estate Board of New York co-brokering network — to bring her clients everything the market has to offer. Sellers know that she has their top interests at heart and she brings intimate attention to detail from listing to closing for each and every sale. Both Buyers and Sellers get her caring attention and commitment to their particular needs as well as her insistence on integrity and consideration.

A Brooklynite and Brooklyn homeowner for over 30 years, she loves introducing newcomers to New York and the joys of Brownstone Brooklyn. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and George Washington University and has post-graduate credits in Early Childhood Education as well as accreditation as an Orff-Certified Music Teacher. She is a former Music Together teacher in Park Slope. Eileen comes from a performing arts background: a semi-retired professional singer who has worked all over the world. She sings regularly with MasterVoices (formerly The Collegiate Chorale). She and her husband are parents of one wonderful daughter who attended the Berkeley-Carroll School and is now a junior in college. If there is any spare time, she lives to volunteer at ‘The Moth’.
