Christine has done over 250 co-op, condo and townhouse transactions in her 11+ years in real estate, covering all price points in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. As a real estate investor herself, Christine has in-depth knowledge of what makes a solid investment.

In addition to co-op and condo sales, Christine is an expert in townhouse and brownstone sales in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Her goal is to be a resource to her clients for “all things real estate” so she has a team of contractors, expediters, architects and experts ready to help her clients navigate the purchase, sales and renovation processes.
Christine lives in an 1890’s Brooklyn brownstone with her husband, Phil, her son, Shea, and their adopted feral cat, Ginger.
