She has been consistently quoted by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Forbes Magazine and The New York Post.
As a condominium homeowner herself, Caroline intimately understands the complex purchasing process and can help you navigate every step of the way from submitting an informed offer, to preparing a professional board package to successfully interviewing with the board. When representing sellers, Caroline has over 10 years of experience reviewing potential purchasers’ financial viability, marketing properties, advertising and successfully staging apartments to maximize profits for sellers.
A native northeasterner, Caroline has a strong background in the arts – she studied art history in Florence, Italy; photography at the University of Connecticut; and large-scale metal sculpting with a professional artist.
A lifelong learner, Caroline continues to feed her intellectual curiosity when she can, whether taking an art class at the Museum of Modern Art or enhancing her knowledge of Real Estate at NYU’s Schack Institute. In her spare time Caroline loves to cook and explore North Fork, LI where she and her husband own a vacation home.
Despite her dedication to her clients and her business, Caroline finds ways to give back. She is the founder of the University of Connecticut Alumni Chapter in NYC and continues to be actively involved; she returns annually to her alma mater as a regular guest lecturer.
