Carole Caine has earned the distinctive NEW YORK RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (NYRS) credential awarded by REBNY (the Real Estate Board of New York) to less than two percent of licensed agents in New York City. The NYRS credential recognizes agents who have achieved an advanced level of study and have succeeded in reaching the highest levels of success in their profession. Carol is also a member of REBNY and a CERTIFIED RELOCATION EXPERT, a CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT, and a CERTIFIED PROPETY MANAGER. Carole is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York State and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Florida.

Carole was among the twelve agents working closely with Barbara Corcoran when The Corcoran Group was founded. Her colleagues hold her in the highest regard and her integrity, loyalty and professionalism have helped her earn the respect of her many high profile clients who include celebrities and politicians.
Over the past thirty-four years she has represented both International and Domestic buyers and sellers throughout the island of Manhattan and her clients have come to respect and value her considerable expertise and market knowledge. Carole first moved to Manhattan to study at the New York School of Interior Design and subsequently starting her own design firm. She was an Interior Designer with an unusual architectural type of imagination who made the transition to real estate sales. It was a logical move: her understanding of space and style helped her clients visualize the potential in the properties they were considering.
Carole lives on the Upper East Side where she has served on the Board of Directors of her Condop as well as its a Director and President. Her two children attended Horace Mann and Birch Whathen Lenox private schools. Carole has also lived in Rome, Italy; Aspen, Colorado; and West Palm Beach, Florida.
