As an experienced and seasoned professional in the sale of cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses, she possesses a genuine understanding of properties and the marketplace. Carol, a veteran broker, has a clarity and transparency in everything she does and it is this very capacity and talent that has contributed to her outstanding reputation. She gives 110% of her energy to serving and guiding both customer and client through the sales process. As a professional with excellent sales skills she is constantly re-evaluating the market to ensure proper pricing and advertising exposure.
Carol comes to Real Estate from the world of Fashion where she was a founding partner in a seven-store chain of Designer Shoes and Accessories in New Jersey and New York. Finding the locations for the stores, negotiating the leases, and overseeing the design and construction of the stores gave her the foundation upon which to mount her real estate career. As a former owner and operator of her own firm, she has developed a strong intuition for understanding people’s needs and desires. A keen business sense, depth of market knowledge and a reputation for top quality service keeps Carol’s customers and their friends eager to work with her time and time again.
Moving back to New York full time in 1990 was the start of an extremely rewarding and exciting new life. She relishes the fast paced market and works with great enthusiasm until the deal is “Closed.” In addition to her professional career, Carol is a member of the Board of the International Initiative of The Skin Cancer Foundation and volunteered in a homeless food program for more than a decade to normalize her life. Spending time with her family, just enjoying New York City and all it has to offer and travelling with her husband rounds out the life of this energetic broker.
